JCM are rude and aggressive. There is no real customer service with these people. They prefer to shout and show an aggressive attitude. I would never recommend this company.

Customer service will not come to your house to quote on a door unlike most other locksmiths. The gent on the phone asked whether I was "trying to be difficult or what?". They probably have too many customers already and don't need anyone else.

Thwy installed a new mortice lock on the front door. A very prompt service, arrived quicker than they said. We were very happy with their price and very clean job.

Called Adrian 9pm on a sunday evening as i had locked myself out he arrived within 20 minutes quoted me before hand £75.00 other companies i had rang were quoting anything up to £120.00!!! really nice friendly guy great service

Fortress is a shop rather than a come-out-and-do-work type of locksmith (as far as I know), but good lock specialists, stock unusual lock types and good at repairing broken ones. Not always the chirpiest but v good at what they do. Also sell little safes & other bits & bobs.

these guys are total rippoffs they steel money from your bank account, for work not carried out, all they do is for a locksmith in your area, and if they dont get a locksmith they still steel the money out off your bank account,
